Tween Girls Share Their Breaking Points In Regards to Bullying

Hello Everyone.  It’s Adra Young your favorite Tween and Young Adult author here.  I hope that everyone is having a great Monday.  This afternoon, I had the privilege of  talking with my all female sixth grade class.  Our topic of discussion was based upon their personal experience and breaking point with bullying.

One young lady stated that the situation had gotten so bad that she reported it to the school principal.  Scared to the point of not wanting to go to school, another young lady told  her aunt about the situation which resulted to her aunt addressing the bully face to face.  Feeling at that specific time that the end result would be tragic, this youngster decided to stand up for her self by simply taking the first swing at her bully.

The last youngster’s situation listed is a prime example of  how we can try to avoid a situation by abiding all the rules and regulations yet  unfortunately still unable to avoid trouble.  Wouldn’t this world be a great place if we simply all could?
